If we cannot accomodate you and your pet, please go to the nearest Animal ER if your pet is not doing well! Your pet must have been diagnosed as terminally ill by your veterinarian within the last 6 months - we cannot make execptions for this and it is our only qualification to help your pet.
We are not available to return calls on Saturdays and Sundays. Your calls will be returned after we open on Monday morning, some time after 9 am. It is best to give us 1-2 days notice to schedule our euthanasias. When you leave us a message from 9-5 Monday through Friday, we will return your call within 24 hours.
